Lovely apartment , great location
Unfortunately, we were disappointed with the manager, who didn’t allow us to leave our luggage after check-out. We had the whole day to enjoy the area, but without luggage storage we couldn’t make the most of it. This is usually quite a standard facility in most hotels and apartments.
Another small disappointment was that you couldn’t order just chips/fries as a main snack or side on their own.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. They truly made me feel valued as a guest.
The breakfast was excellent, offering a fresh and tasty options to start the day right. Everything was well-prepared and nicely presented.
The accommodation itself was spotless and very well maintained. Cleanliness was clearly a top priority, which made the stay even more comfortable and relaxing.
I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again!
Check in time was a bit late.

I have never been treated so well as a guest in my entire life as a traveler. Seamless, overwhelming patient and kind, and heart warming experience. The host went out of her way to accommodate a late checkout of 8pm vs 10am. It was no issue. She brought me free apple pie to my room to taste. She also manages the downstairs traditional polish restaurant. Its proper polish food cooked with love and care. I went to ski but ended up just enjoying the beautiful hotel room and the good food downstairs. After a lot of traveling in other countries it was what I needed. She also took the time to suggest things to do if I wanted to do something for my short stay. Its location is unbeatable being 30 feet from the chair lift if you plan to ski.
Nothing. The host thinks of everything to make you feel at home. That is unique.

Food and location just excellent! Breakfast from card was very good idea because we do not lose the time to make ourselves!
I paid 50£ extra for river view but I get standard room with landmark view, the room wich we expected was already booked by others 🤨
