spacious apartment in a good location

i had to check in in a location a few kms from the apartment. they didnt clean properly. there were white stains on the chair next to the bed. i asked for early check in, they said they would get back to me, but they didnt. the floor in the bathroom is damaged and the bathroom could use an upgrade. some parts of the kitchen were broken. during the night there was a constant pulsating mechanical noise, maybe airco from the neighbours. the apartment had no airco (as advertised) so I wouldnt want to be here in the summer, it was already quite warm in april. a small table next to the bed with an easily accessible light (switch) would be useful.

Good location in the old town of Como City. Bathroom was good, bed was clean. Good commucstion from staff after booking.

We stayed the during the super hot heatwave.At around 10 pm on the first night the heating came on and the radiators were super hot.Upon contacting staff we were told we must have been lying!!! as they checked their system and radiators were not on.Staff customer service was lacking.We were told that it was a Friday night and nobody was available to come to the flat to check the heating system.Eventually, around 3 am the radiators cooled down.We sat outside on the bench until then. The fridge was barely working, freezer full of frost and leaked all over our food. 2 sockets did not work. There were teabags, coffe and sugar provided as well as shampoo/shower gell and nice towells.
