We had an excellent stay. The property easily accommodated the 5 of us. We had a few maintenance issues that were readily addressed by management. Also to my surprise we had a weekly cleaning service during our month stay included in the rental which was most welcome. The property is well equipped with plates..... and lots of storage space for our groceries.

There were a few issues, but the property management is 24 X 7 by phone and they were quick to deal with them. Beautiful home and area. Marathon is in the middle of the Keys so a perfect place to stay. The one negative was that there was a pool and hot tub, however it is not a true hot tub. It's a mildly warm pool and tub and bubbles last about 3 minutes before shutting down. So heated pool and hot tub is not what you would imagine. Otherwise, it was a wonderful stay in a beautiful home.

We stayed for a week and had a great time. The home is located in a great quiet neighborhood. Everything we needed even a bait freezer looking forward to staying next year

This is a great house in a quiet neighborhood, close to stores and restaurants by car as well as the ocean by boat.
I would rate it a 4.5 star if it were clean. The first night we noticed that the bottoms of our feet were black from walking around inside the house. This was after we were in for the night and had taken showers. We also found years worth of dust on top of the refrigerator, in the slats of the pocket door on the master bath, on the window frames of the sunroom doors, and there was popcorn on the floor in the hall, we didn't have popcorn. (I have photos)
So the next morning I called the management company about the floor turning our feet black, they said they would send the cleaning crew right over, but no one ever came.
For the price of this rental, I expected to be able to walk barefoot inside the house after my shower.
But again, with a good cleaning, this would be a great place.
