Located on Middle Pea Porridge Pond in Madison, NH you will find this lovely 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath waterfront home with accommodations for up to 12 people. Enjoy your own private sandy beach with swim dock, fire pit and private hot tub. For added convenience, the owners have provided 2 kayaks, a canoe and a flat bottom John boat for guest to explore and enjoy the pond.
The main level of this houses includes a spacious kitchen that any cook would love, complete with a 6-burner gas stove, granite counter tops, dishwasher and spacious island with seating for 3. A dining area with additional counter and cabinet space, half bath, living room with views of the pond, gas fireplace, A/C and slider doors to the spacious deck.
The second level is where you will find 3 bedrooms and a full bath. The 1st bedroom has a queen bed (sleeps 2), the 2nd bedroom has a queen bed (sleeps 2) and 2 twin beds (each sleep 1) and the 3rd bedroom has a queen bed (sleeps 2). All three bedrooms have air conditioners.
In the finished lower level you will find a great family room with full size pull out sofa (sleeps 2), queen bed (sleeps 2) Foosball table, tons of board games, TV and full bathroom. The lower level also includes a walk out to the back yard/beach.
This property is located only minutes from North Conway, NH where you will find tons of great restaurants, outlet shopping, hiking and biking trails and great ski mountains. There is something to do every season!
(Owner Waterfront Description) - "We have a nice flat sandy beach with a swim platform that we put out with a ladder. We have 2 docks for swimming and/or fishing, etc. The beach allows for walking right into the water on a gradual slope (easy for kids of all ages)- into sandy bottom in the beginning and then slightly rocky bottom further out. I believe that the beach faces west and gets sun throughout the day. We are right at the section that also connects up to the Little Pea Porridge pond so swimming, fishing, boating is fun and easy from this spot."

Sorry it took me so long to respond about our wonderful week at Sandy Beach is a lovely home with a great view and beach area just steps away.Our grandchildren love the water.They were able to swim,fish,paddle board and of course use the canoes.Did I mention the relaxing hot tub!! Another plus was that they were able to bring their dogs.Looking forward to next year!! Thanks again.

It’s a vacation rental so we really don’t expect perfection, however in aggregate there are just a few too many missteps. There is a strong moldy smell in the basement that, unfortunately, is noticeable on the first floor. The kitchen is ultimately well stocked and useable but a bit cluttered (why 3 slow cookers?). Many cobwebs in the corners. Bring your own towels as there aren’t enough for full occupancy, the ones provided were put away damp and smelled pretty bad until we washed them ourselves. The mattresses are fairly bad, one frame collapsed as the legs weren’t locked in place. The toys provided are fine though the tan kayak has a severe leak - avoid. The location is excellent, the pond is lovely, and the neighbors were super friendly. Lots to do in town, great options for restaurants, food shopping, and entertainment.
