Our grand villa is spacious and able to cater for your family holidays, work retreats, reunions, winery tours or simply just a quiet escape.
This house has 3 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a spacious lounge area with reverse cycle air conditioning and wood fire place.

Five Acres - Wide open spaces, with a fully fenced perimeter
Ideal Location - Close to the main town of Stanthorpe and many of the great attractions the Granite Belt has to offer
Booking Conditions
Maximum occupancy is 6.
Minimum 2 night stay applies. Discounts provided for weekly stays.
* Surcharges may apply to long weekends and Apple and Grape Festival Weekend
Sheets, towels, pillowcases, tea towels, blankets and pillows are provided.
Cleaning costs are included on departure.
We also provide some basic consumable items such as tissues, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper and hand soap. These are not replenished during your stay.
During winter months, limited amounts of firewood and fire starting equipment are also provided.
Cot and high chair can be provided upon request.
Strictly no pet policy
Check in time: 2 pm
Check out time: 10 am
Deposit:
A $300 deposit is required at the time of booking.
Your booking is not confirmed until such time as payment of the deposit has been received by Stanthorpe Villa.
Full payment
Payment in full must be received no later than 7 days prior to your arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Full Refund of Deposit will be given for 30 days or more notice of cancellation.
10% administration fee applies to cancelled bookings (which will be deducted from the deposit held)
No refund will be given if 30 days or less notice given unless Stanthorpe Villa is re-let.

The house is a larger, older style brick home. Interior is dated but family friendly. The fireplace was a bit hard to get started but we figured it out. Bring kindling. Has all amenities to provide meals for the family. Close to town. Go to the info centre in town - excellent info. We followed some of the wine trails but also visited Stanthorpe cheese and Jamworks. Both great. This home provides an excellent base but the price is based on two people staying; extra people are billed at 35 per person per night. A cleaning charge is also added.

The house and gardens were beautiful and comfortable. All the rooms had aircon, which was nice. Beds were comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay.
