"Very nice house with all...

"Very nice house with all the comfort you can wish for. The beach is on walking distance, but there are also bicycles (three kids, three adults) available. By car the beach is reached in 2 minutes and there is enough parking space at the beach. Every morning you can get fresh baked baquetes and croissants in the village on the bike. The swimming pool is perfect and the large garden with big trampoline is superb. We really had a great time in this great house on a very nice location. "

Nous avons passé 1 semaine pendant les vacances de la Toussaint en famille. Les enfants ont bien profité de la piscine intérieure (très bien chauffée) , du baby-foot, du Ping pong… Cuisine très bien équipée Literie très confortable Nous n’avons pas pu profiter du jardin, le temps n’ayant pas été de la partie. A 5 /10 min de la plage et des cabines de Gouville sur mer à pied

Très belle maison très bien équipée. Équipement cuisine exceptionnel, équipement de loisir nombreux. Maison propre et bien entretenue. Deux bémols : la présence proche d’une route départementale (mais on s’y habitue) et surtout que la suite parentale était fermée ce qui nous a privé (nous étions 7) d’une salle de bain. Si cette information avait été connue, je n’aurai pas loué cette maison car le nombre de salles de bain est un de mes critères et cela n’apparaissait pas du tout dans l’annonce.

Belle maison lumineuse avec piscine agréable traitée naturellement sans chlore. Cuisine bien équipée et divers jeux pour enfants très appréciables avec 5 vélos neufs. Suite parentale au rdc très sympa. Petit bémol: le jardin bruyant donne sur la départementale. L'entretien de la maison est à revoir ainsi que la literie à l'étage, l'entretien de la piscine et du jardin a été fait pendant notre séjour et non avant notre arrivée. Un jeu de clé pour 10 personnes me semble insuffisant. Les lits ne sont pas faits à notre arrivée et les serviettes doivent être lavées à notre départ.

Très belle maison, louée pour une réunion de famille, une agréable semaine passée avec petits et grands. La piscine est géniale, la terrasse bien abrité au sein de la maison. Belles pièces de vie, un équipement où tout prévu. Connexion internet de qualité. Bref un très bon séjour.

Correctif à l'appréciation précédente : après enquête, il s'avère que les mauvaises odeurs étaient liées à un phénomène exceptionnel (vidange des bassins à huîtres voisins). C'est donc totalement sans réserve que nous attribuons cinq étoiles à cette superbe maison !

Une excellente surprise

La maison est largement à la hauteur de la description : hyper luxueuse, extrêmement bien équipée, confortable... un vrai rêve avec cette piscine couverte bien chauffée ! Nous avons découvert à quelques centaines de mètres le spectacle incroyable des cabanes multicolores sur les dunes de Gouville, et nous avons exploré toute la côte jusqu'au cap de la Hague (à 80 minutes à peine : d'une beauté à couper le souffle, on se croirait en Irlande !). Seule limite à notre enthousiasme : les émanations multiples et variées en provenance de l'entreprise voisine. C'est un paysagiste qui utilise beaucoup d'engins de chantiers, et qui visiblement travaille avec des fosses à purin aux relents innommables certains jours... Ce détail mis à part, c'est en endroit qui mérite largement son tarif de location.

"Nous avons loué cette villa pour 10 personnes pendant une semaine et nous en avons été très satisfaits. Il s''agit d''une propriété extrêmement confortable, très propre et bien équipée (Il y a tout ce qu''il faut pour répondre aux attentes de 10 personnes !) La piscine intérieur était un critère important dans notre choix et là aussi nous n''avons pas été déçus et même surpris (Grande, dans une piéce agréable, entourée de baies vitrées). Si vous aimez cuisiner, la cuisine répondra à vos attentes, vous aurez largement de place et d''ustensiles pour préparer vos plats. Nous avons aussi apprécié le grand trampolin, le barbecue et la plancha mis à notre disposition. Enfin, la villa se trouve à quelques minutes en vélo ou à pieds de la plage! Si je dois mettre un petit bémol, ce serait sur le fait que la villa se trouve au bord d''une route, celle-ci n''est pas extrêmement fréquentée mais cela peut gêner certaines personnes qui veulent vraiment du silence. Bref, nous recommendons vraiment cette villa !"
