A queen size bed, close proximity to the beach, shopping centers at your doorstep, floor to ceiling windows and lanai is a hard to beat combination for a perfect vacation condo!
After a full day of exploring Ala Moana's urban grid, you can wind down on the wide lanai, or melt into the comfort of your very own cloud-like bed for a full recharge tomorrow.
The Ala Moana Condo is located just a few steps away from the building the Ala Moana Shopping Center, the Hawaii Convention center, Ala Moana Beachpark, and Magic Island.
There are several bus stops near the Ala Moana Condo. There is also a Biki rental bike stand nearby to explore Honolulu.
The Ala Moana Condo building offers a pool, gym, sauna, mini shop, and even Starbucks, at an affordable price compared to similar hotels in the Ala Moana area.
Guests may leave their trash right outside their doors for Housekeeping to remove and dispose of. Please place any and all trash in bags that will not leak or cause damage to the hallway carpets and walls.
Important!! *Every single guest needs to pay Daily Resort fees ($30 x #of nights), and Key Issuance Fee ($50). Tax is exclusive. This payment is for Ala Moana Hotel. These fees are included in the total amount.
By paying these fees, you may access the hotel pool, sauna, and gym. However, it does not permit access to room service or any other hotel services.
!!IMPORTANT!! The exterior works project of Ala Moana Hotel Condo began. The working time is from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Frida, except holidays.
*All lanai doors will be secured to only open 4" for ventilation purposes. Begin in December 1st 2022 and Complete in March 31st 2023 (Subject to change). They will be returned to full operation when the work is done. This is for safety purposes.

*No pets are allowed. As an allergy precaution, if any service animals will be accompanying you, we will need to be notified beforehand. If you fail to notify us, your reservation will be canceled. If we become aware of an unauthorized pet after your stay, additional cleaning fees will be charged as compensation.
*Construction and maintenance on the property are a possibility. If this is the case during your reservation, access to the pool, landlady, and other amenities may be limited or restricted. Lei Hawaii Realty Inc. is not responsible for and will not compensate for these circumstances.
*Please purchase expendable items after consumption.
*Please use the laundry floor, or the washer & dryer in the unit, to clean the towels etc.
We are not providing the linen cleaning services during the stay.

The place is in the perfect location; 15minute walk to the beach, access to hotel pool, mall and grocery close. The place was clean and comfortable! Our cons: - “ocean view” is not wrong but your main view is of the mall parkade. - communication between the host/realty company and us was frustrating to say the least, no reply’s or slow reply’s. As you don’t get any help or services from the front desk at the hotel, having someone reliable to answer phones and emails with questions/concerns, I think would be very beneficial for future guests. (Example: We got locked out of our room in our bathing suits and had to wait hours in the lobby for the realty company to contact the hotel to let us in, after contacting them. The response we got “yea we’ll get to it’s soon”) The place itself was great for 2 people, only con for the room was there was only 3 tiny pillows for the bed and no additional blankets. The hotel will not supply you with more.

Second time staying in this lovely room and the decor refresh is great! I'll be back for sure. The location is ideal, very clean and comfortable. It is near the elevators, so bring ear protection and enjoy the aloha.

This unit is a VRBO unit that I booked via Expedia. Unit was fine. I liked the location. The view was ok. There were problems with the unit, primarily the toilet. I am a hotelier. This happens. What is important is how the management company responds. The management company, Lei Hawaii Realty, was very responsive, professional and kind. The location, at the Ala Moana Hotel, was fantastic. The unit met all my needs. Mahalo.
