Failed to settle in this place due to a natural disaster on the island, but the owner's ability to make decisions in non-standard situations is truly impressive.

Really nice the patio and the grilled area and scimmione pool. We really appreciated the fresh fruit and some food that we found in the house at our arrival.

The home was beautiful and well cared for! It was within walking distance from the village and the beach but was still private enough to enjoy peace and quiet. The village had everything we needed including a supermarket, fruit stand, amazing bakery and many delicious and affordable restaurants. The local residents were very welcoming. The pool was maintained daily without disrupting our plans. There was an abundance of beautiful and delicious grapes right on the back patio. The owner was very responsive and patient with us when we didn't know how to use some of the things in the house (as Americans, there are some European items in the home that were great, just not familiar to us.) The kitchen was well stocked with cooking tools and he made sure we had immediate needs when we arrived such as tea, coffee, water and some snacks. The internet worked well for both laptops and cell phones. We will definitely lease this property again.

What didn't we like? We didn't like leaving when our vacation was over! There wasn't anything about the property or the area that we didn't like.

We liked the space around the house and the pool (altrought it was next to main road!!). The terrace was very nice and had some comfortable chairs and spacious table. We appreciated the washing mashine in the house.

We had very unpleasant experience with the cleanliness of the accomodation. Almost every night we found some cocroaches. We traveled with two small children under two years and it was unacceptable for us. Also the owner contacted us at the day after we left the place and accused us that we broke a head of one of the beds. We are totally sure that the bed was ok and unbroken at the time we left. He wanted from us to pay him 100€ as a refund, what we find totally ridiculous.
