Roubenka U Babi

Klidné kouzelné prostředí, krásně čisto v celém apartmánu, ocenili jsme dětský koutek, pískoviště i veškerou výbavu k ohništi.

Large rooms, fireplace outside, good kitchen, friendly staff.

There could be some more ‘lounge’ seats in the garden, but that’s really just a minor thing.

Quite village location with plenty of space for games with the kids outside and a fireplace on the premise. Beautifully modernised house that feels both historical and modern. Everything super clean, kitchen had (almost) everything we could wish for. There is also a really good restaurant right around the corner. The whole spa region was easily accessible by car (40 min to Karlovy Vary is the most we had to drive).

The only thing we missed was a parasol for the sunny terrace. Too hot to eat outside on a sunny day :)

Location and the building overall. Nicely reconstructed. Great sauna and whirlpool.

The room was full of flies - truly dozens, which were probably getting from outside through the holes in the walls or they were hybernating in the walls. They were buzzing around all the time, killing them was endless and new ones were still coming. It was just this room, they were nowhere else in the building. Also when we arrived, the bathroom clearly wasnt cleaned after previous guests plus dead flies on the floor everywhere. The hosts (apparently two guys - while quite nice - not practical and into cleaning...) did not do anything about any of the issues over the two days...
