Villa Nefeli is a 450 m² holiday villa in Crete, with private pool and sea view, on the central square of a traditional village just 2km from the beach. A perfect starting point for discovering Crete, offering complete relaxation and privacy, close to everything but away from crowds.
Villa Kallergi - Nepheli is a new 450 m² holiday villa with pool in central Crete. This rental has three bedrooms extending on two floors and four levels with the capacity of six guests in total. It is an ideal choice for a holiday villa in Crete, best for families or small group of friends.
The villa has a large outdoor space of 120 m² with a 33 m² swimming pool surrounded by lush vegetation. Next to the pool, guests can enjoy their cretan food under the refreshing shadow provided by a trellis.
Inside villa Nefeli Kallergi, on the ground floor, there is a main lounge with oak flooring, leather sofas, a wooden dining room/ For those who would like to rent a villa with a piano, ther is one on this floor. At the same level there is a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, range and dishwasher as well as a WC for common use.
In the beautiful winter garden with the marble table, guests can enjoy their breakfast with a view to the villa’s pool.
On the ground floor there is a bedroom with oak flooring and two iron twin beds with its own bathroom and toilet. This room has a balcony with a view to the villa's garden.
At the next level of this cretan villa stand two bedrooms: one two-single-bed room and one double-bed room, which is the master bedroom of the villa Nefeli Kallergi. Each bedroom has a private bathroom with a toilet. All bedrooms have oak flooring and fairytale beds made of iron with wooden details, with an endless view to the cretan olive groves, the aegean sea and the villa's garden by the pool.
At the roof terrace of the villa Kallergi - Nepheli, guests can sunbathe enjoying the spectacular and clear view to the cretan olive groves and the Rethymnon bay, whereas in the sunset, the barbeque grill l will be the basis for unforgettable nights for our guests and their company, under the uncountable stars of the cretan sky.
Two levels lower inside the villa Nepheli Kallergi there is a bath with a spacious jacuzzi for special relaxing moments, after a long day of Crete sightseeing and excursions to the cretan beaches or cretan mountains.
For those who would like to exercise during their holidays in a villa in Crete, at the same level there is a gym with a stationary bicycle a treadmill, an abs workout instrument, dumbbells and a ping-pong table.
In a separate common area, the following facilities are provided: a washing machine, a dryer, an ironing system and an electric iron.

We were two couples traveling together and we had a delightful time at Villas Kallergi. The house was perfect, the pool was incredibly refreshing when we returned from our daily adventures, and the owner's father, Costas, was the most welcoming and charming host imaginable. Loutra, where the villa is located, is easy driving distance from everywhere we wanted to go and this villa was ideal for a relaxed vacation. I would unconditionally recommend it - and we would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Wir hatten einen unvergesslich schönen Urlaub in Loutra. Die Villa Nefeli ist noch schöner, als es die Bilder erahnen lassen. Sie ist liebevoll bis ins kleinste Detail eingerichtet, und alles was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub benötigt ist vorhanden! Besonders die wunderschöne Terrasse mit Pool vergisst man so schnell nicht wieder. Sehr schön angelegt, da gut eingewachsen nicht einsehbar und Abends stimmungsvoll beleuchtet. Der nächste Strand ist in 10 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar, man kann sein Auto dort gut parken und das Strandrestaurant des Hotels ist absolut empfehlenswert. Am Besten aber speist man in unmittelbarer Nähe, 2 km ausserhalb von Loutra Richtung Arcadi Kloster! Absolut faire Preise, sehr gute Küche und nicht so touristisch. Auch ist es ratsam die Tips der Vermieter anzunehmen, wir fanden so wunderschöne Orte zum Speisen und Verweilen. Die Gastfreundschaft der Besitzer wurde hier ja schon ausführlich gelobt, und wir können uns dem nur anschliessen: Da wir durch den Streik der Taxifahrer erst um kurz nach 1 Uhr in der Nacht ankamen, hatten wir etwas die Orientierung verloren. Dank Handy und unserem Gastgeber, welcher uns mit dem Motorrad entgegen kam und lotste kamen wir aber wohlbehalten an! Wir wurden mit Essen versorgt, das Frühstück war gesichert! Wir bekamen sogar noch Nachts unsere Hausführung;-) Während unseres 3 wöchigen Urlaubs wurden wir mehrmals bekocht. Der Sohn des Hauses hat uns sogar einen Kuchen gebacken, da sich seine Mutter gerade in dieser Zeit den Arm gebrochen hatte. Also wie gesagt: Eine sehr herzliche Familie. Loutra ist ein kleiner ursprünglicher Ort. Das Haus liegt an einer Art Marktplatz, wo man gut parken kann. Manchmal kommen dorthin auch die Händler und bieten per Lautsprecher ihre Waren an - ein typisches Dorfleben. Wir hatten zu Anfang etwas Pech, da nebenan bis Nachts um 2 bzw 3 Uhr lautstark Party gefeiert wurde. Da der Ort normalerweise sehr ruhig und beschaulich ist, sollte man sich auch wirklich hier nur einmieten, wenn man abseits vom Touristenstrom das ursprüngliche Kreta geniessen möchte. "Ballermann" gibt es in den Küstenorten genug! Wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder zumal wir von einem roten Katerchen "adoptiert" worden sind!
