About this house rental
Beautiful villa with private garden and private parking for 1 car. The villa has a very large terrace looking onto fabulous landscaped gardens, plus a private roof terrace. The property is fully air-conditioned with quality remote control units. Largely unspoilt by mass UK tourism this resort is lovely and peaceful outside the main season but bursts into life in July and August when the Spanish start to holiday. The crystal waters of the Mar Menor are a short walk away with its warm calm and shallow waters being ideal for young children. On the other side of the peninsula (5-10 minute drive) is the Calblanque national park with fantastic beaches fronting the Mediterranean sea. The nearby small town of Los Belones has a very wide choice of bars, restaurants, shops and banks. The property is 10 minutes drive from the famous La Manga Club resort and the beautiful fishing port of Cabo de Palos. A little further afield in the historic town of Cartagena with its Roman ruins.

The apartment has everything you need for your stay plenty of cooking utensils if you don’t eat out,the bed was comfortable with plenty of choice of sheets or duvets and nice space out the front for seating in the evening sun.
The apartment is just about the right distance from the lovely pool so you don’t get to much noise ,have a dip then sit up on the sun terrace and catch the last of the sunshine.
Hopefully return again next year .
