The location, quite easy access, nearby many stations.
The value for money, if you're backpacking and longing for privacy and not a dormitory , here's very good choice for your money and privacy.

The location was very convenient, only about a 5 minute walk from the train station. The host, Yas-san was very friendly, accommodating, and helpful. Many things were provided for in the room, and it felt like a second home.
Due to the layout of the building, the shower was on another floor. It wasn't ideal, but there's not much that can be done about it and the host, Yas-san, did his best to make it as convenient as possible given the situation.

Yas (the host) was amazing to deal with, he was prompt with his replies and went out of his way to give us a unique experience in an Onsen. The room was plenty big with a small fridge and heater included. It's well lit and is very well equipped. The location is also awesome as its in a very central location (Within 5 minutes to 3 different train stations)
The stairs may be an issue to some people as they are a bit steep.
