The property is very clean and warm, it has a separate room for drying your ski gear and clothes, there’s sufficient parking space and the property is in close proximity to the bus stop that takes you to Mayrhofen ski resort. Kitchen also has a lot of utensils. The accommodation is good value. Stunning views of the mountains. Two rooms for socialising (kitchen and games/bar area). The host was hospitable.
Pillows in all rooms are uncomfortable and we wished we brought our own. It would have been nice if some basic things could be provided during the stay (for example there are sinks in the room, but no soap; a couple of toilet rolls were provided). Please note that you will not have privacy, as the owners live on the ground floor, which you have to pass to get to your rooms, it felt at times that owners were checking who and what time was entering and leaving the property.
