Very clean and many facilities for family or couples. There is a nice view from the balcony and it's also very close to attractions in the city. The person in charge was very involved in fulfilling our every need. You can book this place with no trouble, I am sure we will return here if we ever visit Baia Mare again.

The large apartment at the crossroads of two central boulevards, there're enough parking spaces, the owner is always in touch.
Top floor of a house without a lift and noisy if you open the windows.

Mieszkanie przestronne, osobna sypialnia. Posprzątane. Jest klimatyzacja.
Mieszkanie bodajże na 5 piętrze, brak windy, zaniedbana klatka schodowa.
Łazienka wymaga generalnego remontu.
Nieustanny hałas na zewnątrz na ulicy, więc okna raczej cały czas muszą być zamknięte.
Piec gazowy podgrzewający wodę wymagał wciśnięcia przycisku "reset", aby zaczął grzać wodę.
