Breakfast service was not used. There are many restaurants to choose from near the accommodation.
You can leave your luggage before/after check-in/out.
Good location, a short walk from tourist spots and the train station.
The staff communicates well in English and provides all the information you need to know as well as willingly assists when requested. The room size is large enough for my family. Facilities are adequate for your needs.
The toilet may have a smell when flushing.
The room floor is carpeted and some dust is normal.
For us, it's wasn't bad.

Location, staff, cleanness all were great.
1. The air conditioning was broken and dripped profusely onto the towels all night, making it difficult to sleep. 2. The lack of insect screens on the windows meant the room could not be cooled by anything other than the dripping air conditioning.
