There was no breakfast
Everything was great we even he checked in early

It was clean even the bathroom was white tub and toilet. Grocery store across street and lake is 3 minutes from it. Not a chain hotel but cleaner then any chain hotel I ever stayed in.
Only thing to complain about is bathroom counter had what looked like industrial appoxy on it. If that sort of thing hurts your feeling which for me it did not.

Rooms were aged but very clean place to stay.
Mattresses were not very comfortable, and the plastic wrapping that was around them would wake you up every time you rolled over. Can hear everything in rooms next to you and on top floor.
