Angenehme Größe, für 4 Personen
Es waren noch Hundehaare vom Vormieter da, daher Abzug bei der Sauberkeit. Lärmbelästigung teilweise auch Nachts durch technische Anlagen im Installationsbereich. Teilweise Lärmbelästigung durch gegenüberliegende Gastronomie.
