This RESORT Condo is highly upgraded, amenity-rich, and done with a modern style. This Security Building has safe underground parking and has Super easy access to 10, 202, 101 and a short 20 minutes to Sky Harbor Airport. The central location is close to most everything in the Phoenix metro area.
This spacious 2 bedroom 2 bath 3rd-floor unit has balcony looking over the arizona sunsets adding to the relaxing paradise feel.

Convenient location, well-maintained condominium property with clubhouse, outdoor kitchens, beautiful pool areas, and secure onsite parking. Multiple restaurants and a salon are just a short walk across the parking lot. Upon arrival the unit was not as clean as expected but the property manager had this corrected promptly. Please note that while there are no dedicated bike paths as pictured nor any golf privileges or discounts as described in the online booking offering, both biking and hiking trails as well as great courses are within a 15-30 minutes drive.

Because of the Coronavirus, we had to cut our stay short(3 weeks) to head home to MN. We were to be there the month of March and got to enjoy the first 2 weeks with our grandaughters until all amenities had to close (gym , pool, common areas, etc) and restaurants were 'take out' only. The condo was comfortable, plenty of room and enough cooking things for the 2 of us. We did however go to the dollar tree (up the street) when we got there to buy extra things we needed which we did leave with the condo. There was a lot of construction going on around the complex so the pictures you see on website (walking/biking path) are not available.
