The house is great; nice location with easy access to Waynesville and Maggie Valley. Comfortable beds; nice hot tub; every utensil, cooking pans, and small electrics you would ever need; spices, too!

This was such a wonderful place for a quiet getaway with our grown children. The house is very roomy and well stocked. The creek is so restful to sit and listen to in the morning and evening and the hot tub was clean. It felt like home! The only thing I wish that we had were chairs by the fire pit but everything else was supplied and then some. Thanks for a great summer getaway!

The description of this property does not do it justice! There is a large back porch, and running down the back of the property (10 steps away) is a stream, and the sound of that stream is so beautiful! There is also a hot tub & fire pit in the back yard. Our first impression of the house; ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS! Our second impression: IT IS IMMACULATELY CLEAN! Pride of ownership certainly shows, and there was nothing we needed that wasn't already on the property. The front porch is also beautiful. It runs the entire length of the house, and there is a beautiful mountain view.We were nervous, as the home is in a little neighborhood, and we wanted more of a secluded property, but this house is the very first as you pull in, and we didn't feel like we were on top of other neighbors at all. We had a fantastic time, and I'd want to rent this property again.
