St Martin-plage - 100m from the beach

Ein Top-Domizil, für 2 Personen genau passend. Wir wurden von der Nachbarin Dorothee liebevoll empfangen + Cidre + frische Eier. Hatten den wundervollen Garten ganz für uns, Gartentor auf und einen tollen Meerblick. Die Lage ist optimal für Wanderungen und Ausflüge. Eine herrliche Region und wir kommen bstimmt wieder, natürlich zu Philippe.

Mais la vue sur la mer est possible d'une fenêtre de la maison mais pas du logis. C'est la seule critique.

Sehr helles Apartment im Souterrain mit guter Ausstattung und nur einige Minuten vom Kiesstrand entfernt. Leider war der Vermieter selbst nicht vor Ort aber eine sehr nette Nachbarin hat uns alle wesentlichen Dinge gezeigt. Daher konnten wir den gesamten riesigen Garten alleine nutzen. Leider gibt es in der gesamten Wohnung verkleidete Rohre unter der Decke, was für Personen über 1,85 zu schmerzhaften Erinnerungen führen kann. Im Ort selbst gibt es keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und auch keine fußläufigen Restaurants, so dass jeweils das Auto genutzt werden muss. Insgesamt haben wir aber unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und uns gut erholt.

Easy communication with the host but more so with his property manager/neighbour Leonore. She as very responsive to our needs. Overall rating is lower due to electrical issues. We were unable to run the toaster and coffee maker at the same time without the breaker needing a reset. The unit smells musty and feels damp so a dehumidifier might help since it is the basement of the owner’s home. Remote for the TV did not work although we don’t watch much TV. A 2nd chair would also be welcome since the couch is small. A chair is noted in the pictures but missing from the unit. Location is great especially the views. Not recommended for those with mobility issues since the area is very hilly. We enjoyed the cardio workout with our twice daily walks. Beautiful backyard area available as well.
