Good location, close to beach and tram stop. A three zone pass for two people costs 10 euros for 10 trips. A lot of renovation work in the complex at the moment, which was quite noisy but still a very comfortable apartment.

Very nice apartment. Great location - less than block to a very nice beach. One block walk to the tram. Wonderful balcony. Took the Tram all the way to Denia and back one day. A very pleasant way to see the countryside, different towns and various architecture. We had a great lunch Harborside in Denia. Alvaro, our host was very gracious and pleasant. We recommend this place! Thank you Alvaro 😊
