Het huis is veel mooier dan dat de foto’s tonen. Een mooi huis met verschillende airco’s waardoor het huis mooi koel blijft. Aangenaam terras met de nodige schaduw. Bij navraag aan Belvilla was er zogezegd geen reisbedje of kinderstoel aanwezig. Bij aankomst blijkt dat dit toch aanwezig is, jammer dat dit verkeerd gecommuniceerd werd.

Die Raumaufteilung des Hauses ist optimal. Jede Familie hatte durch die 4 Bäder seinen eigenen Bereich. Die Anlage, vor allem der Pool war sehr sauber und der Garten gepflegt. Leider ist das Haus für unseren nächsten Familienurlaub zu klein. Ansonsten kommen wir gerne jederzeit wieder.

Fijn, licht en ruim huis met een hele fijne grote tuin en goede airco. De tuin is ommuurd dus de hond kan los lopen. Het zwembad is groot en schoon, wel onverwarmd. De konoba bij de buren serveert heerlijk eten in hun restaurant maar ook aan huis. Het huis ligt ver van de drukte en 20 minuten van Porec, 30 van Rovinj. Een auto is echt nodig. Het huis zelf is niet op 8 personen ingericht. Max 6 volwassenen kunnen er goed verblijven. Met wat aandacht aan de bedden (klein en kraken), de inrichting (het en der wat gebreken zoals kapotte gordijnen en losse stopcontacten) zou dit huis nóg beter zijn. Neem je eigen Nespresso apparaat en cups mee, er staat een ouderwets koffieapparaat ;)

We were 5 adults and a dog. The house is very spacious and fully equipped for 8 people. Everything is available in the kitchen. Toaster, microwave, even a "magic wand". It's just a pity that the espresso machine was missing. However, a filter coffee machine was available. The property is open on one side to the neighbouring property. This probably belongs to the house owners as there is only a tool shed and a small house. We did not see anyone here during our 2-week stay, so that did not bother us. However, it would have been a bit "unfortunate" if someone had also lived there, as then our dog would not have been able to move around so freely. So he could also use the neighbouring property at the same time 🤭. After a week, the bed linen and towels were changed. The pool was also checked twice 👍👍. It is also very good that there is a really recommendable "konoba" right next to the villa. After very good food and free "grappa tasting" (self-distilled by the landlord himself), this has enormous advantages 😉. Not so goid: Unfortunately, there was no espresso machine as listed in the description. We also could not discover the bicycles. It is also a bit unfortunate that there is only one small table with 4 armchairs for the outdoor terrace. All in all it was a beautiful house and we would love to come back again sometime. 👍
