The property was very nice with wonderful amenities! The area was peaceful and property management staff was very responsive and helpful! I should have done a bit more research ahead of time about the bears and steepness of the mountains. They were definitely new experiences.

Pros: The check in was super easy, and the property overall was great. We loved the nice big porch, with a gas grill, and hot tub. The number of bathrooms, and rooms, and space was perfect for our family of 5, and we could of had more people in there comfortably. The grounds were well taken care of around the property, and we really enjoyed the pool, and location was perfect for access to Gatlinburg. The community was very quiet and peaceful in the evenings. Properties seemed appropriately spaced to feel a little secluded and to have some privacy. Cons: There was some trash on the edge of the property where a bear had gotten ahold of trash from somewhere. Lots of extra pillows were given, but there were no pillow cases, so bring extra. We really wanted a property with a view, and we thought we would be getting that with this property, but the view is obstructed by trees, and so that was a little disappointing, but it was minor, because we really did enjoy the cabin overall.

You may want to explain driveway is tricky to get to. You may want to think about having your guests strip the leins when the mattress has yellow stains all over it.

The cabin worked well for our family. The location was great and grounds were well kept. There were a few minor details missed that would have made our stay better (sink stopper, dust pan, condiments, board games).
