Excellent location, secure condominium, great house, and very attentive owner. Well-equipped spacious house with a giant master suite, playground, basketball and soccer court. Negotiation with the owner was excellent and smooth throughout. Would rate 11 if the pool was heated and had ceiling fans. Truly excellent.

Caso em condomínio muito organizado com portaria, segurança 24 horas, playground, quadra de futebol, basquete e campo de futebol. Suíte máster gigantesca, muito agradável. Casa muito espaçosa, e bem aparelhada (inclusive com brinquedos infantis). Área de churrasqueira e piscina também muito espaçosa e agradável. Negociação com o dono excelente, bem tranquila do início ao fim. Ganharia nota 11 se a piscina fosse climatizada e se tivesse ventilador de teto. Mas realmente excelente.
