An extra toilet (separate) would be good. A bit hard with 10 people and toilet in same room as shower and spa

Loved the space and it was a quiet location where you felt so far away from everything. Wildlife was great plenty of parking and room for boats.
There was what we think was a loose piece of tin on the roof that was loud when windy and disturbed sleep.

That it could accommodate 2 families for a wedding.
The windy spiral staircase to the master bedroom.
