We have spent Thanksgiving week at this property for several years now with family and friends. It's a beautiful unit with great amenities in a central location. The only possible problem might be getting out when the traffic is heavy. Thanksgiving week is really busy! It's right next to the municipal golf course and very near Dollywood (you can hear the Dollywood train and watch the fireworks at night from the balcony). We plan to return again next year.

We love Riverstone! It’s convenient to the parkway and minutes from Dollywood. The condo was spacious and quiet, check-in was very easy, communication with the host was great, the view was also really nice. My sister and I did struggle to be comfortable on two of the mattresses because they were a little too firm for us and the condo could use a bit of updating, but all in all, our stay was great!

Owner control air conditioner was not allowed to go below 73°F. Hot water temp was turned down, not allowed above lukewarm. Spiders in bathroom. Access card to wave pool, gym, etc. did not work. My family and I visit the area every summer and we have stayed at this particular condo multiple times but never an owner managed unit and we have never had any issues that could not be resolved, timely. Quite frustrating.
