Hi, my house name is The Legends. I am a spacious vacation rental with 5 bedrooms and 3 full baths. Newly remodeled and equipped with modern appliances and all the essentials. The first floor is open-concept, making it the perfect place to socialize and spend time with the ones you love.
While at home, you can enjoy a ping-pong match or cook a delicious meal for your family. Only 5.2 miles from NRG, this vacation home is a great place to stay for Houston Rodeo, Texans games, or concerts at NRG.

*** Our homes are on routine scheduled pest control maintenance by pest control professionals and are professionally cleaned after every stay to ensure top sanitary conditions.
For extended stays of 30 nights or more, please note that additional charges will apply and will be collected separately. These include:
*A mid-stay cleaning fee of $150 per month.
*A refundable security deposit
*A utility fee amounting to $300 per month

We had originally booked another location and 24 hours prior to check-in, the owner had to cancel. Family was coming in from all over for a wedding and we need a specific location. In a panic, i hopped on VRBO and was able to book this location! And I am so glad for the cancelation! This place was perfect for what we needed! The house was in great condition and in an awesome neighborhood! The description matched perfectly to what we saw. It was perfect forn8 adults and 2 toddlers. It was close to everything we needed and only 15 minutes from the wedding venue! All my issues were immediately addressed! I would definitely book again!

The property was located in a great spot and we enjoyed the home. The management company request much more than any other property we have every stayed at in order to complete rental, it was not just a click and pay as advertised. They also scheduled a maintenance order to be completed while we were there which resulted in sub contractors being in the home for a couple hours while we were not there. I would of liked to have been notified to schedule around so we could of been there.
