About this house rental
Located in the REGIONAL PARK ALPILLES and LUBERON- "The FARE TCHANQUE 3 *" welcomes you in a calm and relaxing environment planted with fruit trees, olive trees, and 500 m from the mountain range "Le LUBERON".
Our holiday home, equipped with every comfort, is air conditioned. Typically Provençal, mas type we want to combine the charm of the old with comfort and modernity.
Open year round it is possible to rent by the week. for exceptional request: contact us.
From June to the end of September: weekly rental only.
2 bedrooms: 1 double bed. View of the swimming pool and the Luberon
2 single beds. Possibility of bringing the beds together. View of the garden.
Shower room: basin, walk-in shower, towel dryer, hair dryer. Toilet.
Fully equipped kitchen: Dishwasher, large independent fridge / freezer, gas and edf mixed plate oven, hood, microwave-grill, coffee maker, kettle, toaster etc.
Living room: Sofa, armchair ... Flat screen TV, DVD player, free wifi connection.
Cellar: Storage, washing machine, ironing required. Vacuum.
2 PRIVATE terraces without any OPPOSITE: Directly from the kitchen, tiled terrace, shaded by a wrought iron pergola and wisteria. Wooden garden furniture, built-in BBQ, patio and aromatic plants.
A 2nd terrace: relaxation area, or deckchairs and parasol with direct view of the mountain.

4050 m² property, fenced, parking space for 2 cars. Pétanque field: relaxation area (table, benches, etc.) Bowls available (even for "pitchounets"), sandbox, games for children, swings (including baby seat) ...
Swimming pool: 11 x 5 heated depending on period and weather, with paddling pool. Our swimming pool is surrounded by a wrought iron barrier, with "child safety" gates to share with the owners (often absent), and from time to time with a guest room for 2 people (without children). The swimming pool is accessible at any time, you can enjoy your walks during the day and cool off in the evening. or in the morning….
Others: Baby kit on request: wooden bed, high chair, playpen, bath, deckchair, booster, toys, baby dishes ... loaned free of charge.
Comfort kit: beds made on arrival, towels, pool sheets, tablecloth, extra.
Our rental is 4 minutes by car from CAVAILLON, 2 minutes from restaurants and small shops ...
10, 15, 20 minutes: the hilltop villages of LUBERON, and the Provencal markets: Eygalières, St Rémy de Provence, Gordes, Isle Sur Sorgues, Fontaine du Vaucluse ...
We are ideally located in the middle of remarkable sites: Les Baux de Provence, Avignon, the Camargue, Roussillon, Les Dentelles de Montmirail, and less than an hour from the sea: Marseille, Cassis and their creeks without forgetting the wine route: Châteauneuf du Pape, Lirac ...
The entrance to the cottage is independent, the parking also (free). the gate is automatic.
