About this apartment rental
2-room apartment with approx. 37 m² on 1 level for up to 2 people in the heart of Westerland. Very quiet area. The apartment is on the 5th floor (accessible by elevator) and has the balcony to the east side. Therefore, it is usually protected from the wind, so that you can also use the balcony. In the morning sun z. B. for breakfast. A parasol is also in the apartment. Non smoking. Pets are not allowed.
It is 50 m to WEGST and 100 m to the main beach 100 m (crossing directly next to the Miramar Hotel) to Friedrichstrasse, the Westerland promenade. An Edeka market can be reached on foot in 3 minutes. The Westerland Syltness Center or leisure pool "Sylter Welle" in 4 minutes on foot.
The view from the living room is over the eastern part of Westerland. The lighthouse of Rantum can be seen in the dark.
The living room has a TV with DVD drive, sofa set and a dining table and a folding desk.
The kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner stove with oven, fridge, dishwasher and all kitchen utensils.
The bedroom has a double bed (180x200cm) and wardrobe
Bathroom with bathtub, toilet, towel warmer and hairdryer.
An ironing board with iron and shoe cleaning supplies is also available for emergencies.
Bicycle parking spaces are in front of the house. Shared use of washing machine and dryer for a fee.
The tourist tax is included in the administration fee. You will receive the spa cards 10 days before arrival.

hat mich nicht nur die problemlose Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer, nein, auch:
- das neu gestaltete Wohnzimmer
- die exakten Angaben zu Strom etc.
- die komplette Einrichtung mit allen nur denkbaren Küchenutensilien + Geschirr usw.
- die perfekt organisierte Müllentsorgung
- Toplage mit kurzen Wegen zu Innenstadt, Bahnhof, Strand
Ich kann dieses Appartement absolut empfehlen

Die Lage ist super zentral. Leider kein Parkplatz direkt an der Unterkunft. Ausstattung ist gut, jedoch funktionierte bei uns das Licht in der Küche nicht und es war nur eine Rolle Toilettenpapier. Sonst aber alles okay.
