is 10 minutes walking from lidl,good price for stay, is good vacation if you like pools. staff don’t make more troubles for extra money like insurance or ask for credit card No like others.

far from beach. staff you see only in chick-in and never more even not in chick-out. they even don’t speak English. and you should discover everything alone. refrigerator is very small.apartment also small with old furnitures.

Not recommend for weak nerves

The view from the balcony to the swimming pool. We had 2 balconies. Private park place and the whole area is private. We got our room already at 10 a.m

We are used to Italian apartment quality so we weren’t surprised. We read the reviews before so we knew what to expect! Old and broken furnitures. Small room. There wasn’t all the kitchen dishes but few pretty old and dirty ones. Looked like in our room was no guests since last season. Water was rusty first few seconds when you open the tab. Lots of dust on the floor and pollen on the balcony furnitures. That was a bit annoying coz we had to clean it all first to be able to stay there. Sometimes it was also extremely noisy at night when drunk people came back to their rooms but just knock on thethey’ll understand it 😂 If you are used to a good hotels better save your nerves, pay more money and take a better hotel. If you wanna save the money and ok with the basic stuff and just need a place to stay in a beautiful Bibione then go ahead and enjoy the holidays with a positive thoughts like us!

Close to the sea and shops, nice pools.

The receptionist spoke no English, was extremely forgetful and chaotic. Virtually no available parking places. The pool staff speak little English and the restrictions are numerous at the pool (being communicated in Italian).

Only plus was the pool area, well maintained and suited for kids.

First thing we noticed when we entered the room was the rotten smell. Our room hasn't have done any maintenance for a long time. Water tap of the kitchen sink was leaking and droping water all night. A/C was faulty since we arrived and our room located in the soonest side was actually hotter then outside. The heat with kids inside was a nightmare overnight.

Katastrophal nie wieder!

Das einzige was an der Unterkunft gut war, war der Pool mehr auch nicht. Wenn man Liegen benutzen wollte musste man zahlen oder man musste sich auf den Boden legen. Die Bademeister waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Die Einrichtung war sehr heruntergekommen und veraltet. Das 1 Zimmer Apartment hat gestunken und der Kühlschrank hatte ein eigenes Universum in inneren des Kühlschranks. Der Weg zum Apartment war sehr verdreckt der Aufzug vermüllt. Wir hatten 2 Tage kein Gas zum kochen, ich war froh das eine elektronische Platte zu Verfügung war am Herd aber wer kocht den ein Gericht nur alles mit einer Herdplatte. Die Rezeption war nie besetzt, auch nicht zu den Zeiten wo sie eigentlich besetzt hätten werden müssen. Und telefonisch hatte man keinen erreicht weder bei booking noch vor Ort. Und das Bad war der krönende Abschluss also sowas hab ich noch nie gesehen.

Umístění hotelu, klidné okolí, blízkost zastávky autobusu přímo k moři, velikost balkónu, výhled na bazény, čisté pokoje, vybavení dostačující

Trochu dál od pláže, ale půjčili jsme si kola, takže bez problémů, v kuchyňce chyběla vařečka, nefungoval zámek trezoru, v koupelně po pár dnech začal smrdět odpad

Sehr heruntergekommener Zustand, 80er Jahre, Küche sehr schmutzig, Backofen war defekt. Putz fällt von den Wänden. Wohnung für 7 Personen gemietet, warmes Wasser reicht bei sehr schnellem duschen nur für 4 Personen

FeWo Residenz Valbella

Mehrere Pools in der Anlage.

Klimaanlage im Wohn-Kochraum macht Geräusche und Klimaanlage lies sich auch nicht abschalten. Da wir die FeWo mit 4 Personen gebucht hatten, musste eine Person in diesem Raum schlafen. Vor 16 Uhr kann man nicht in die FeWo. Gesamtes Gebäude sehr hellhörig und laut. Ansprechperson nur ab 16 Uhr da und da auch nicht jeden Tag. Fernbedienung vom Fernseher war nicht vorhanden und wurde auch auf Nachfrage nicht ausgehändigt. Als Bettwäsche bekommt man lediglich ein Leintuch als "Decke". Wenn man duscht ist das ganze Bad nass. Man kann nicht einmal mehr trocken an die Toilette laufen. Küche sehr spärlich eingerichtet. Schublade im Schrank im Schlafzimmer hat gefehlt. An mehreren Stellen an den Wänden hing die Tapete weg. Würde die FeWo nie wieder buchen.

Nie polecam !!!

Po przyjeździe okazało się że jedna lodówka była całkowicie zapleśniała grzyb wychodził wszędzie zajęło nam 2 godz szorowanie jej. Wyposażenie miało być dla 5 os a nie było nawet garnka czy czajnika by ugotować wodę na herbatę. Klimatyzacja była w kuchni więc w pokojach nie było jej czuć, ładnie chodziła. Nie było miejsca do zaparkowania samochodu na osiedlu. W mieszkaniu były mrówki i szerszenie. Po przyjeździe personel przyjol nas dał klucze i skasował klimatyczne. 2h później padły korki w mieszkaniu i nie było elektrzycznosci. Próbowałam kontaktować się na wszelkie numery tel ale nikt nie odpowiadał. Wysłałam wiadomość poprzez boking i do dziś a minęło 2 tyg nikt nie odpowiedział. Dzięki mieszkance osiedla udało znaleść się rozdzielnie i włączyć prąd. Następnego dnia spotkałam pana który wziol odemnie pieniądze klimatyczne i usłyszałam że on tu nie pracuje … i mam dzwonić pod nr z plakatu budynku który nie działał. Basen nie czynny od 13-15,30 więc musisz się zwinąć zabrać rzeczy i wrócić później. Z restauracji niedaleko dochodziła głośna muzyka do późnych godz nocnych. Generalnie nie polecam tego miejsca

Il posto sarebbe ottimo per le famiglie ma decisamente poco curato dai gestori.

Il gruppo piscine è molto pulito.

La condizione dell'appartamento. I mobili sono tutti rotti nella parte bassa, l'impiallacciatura è tutta rovinata. Anche alcuni pensili sono rovinati. Abbiamo persino trovato un'anta di un mobile staccata dalla struttura. Il frigorifero sapeva un odore forte di chiuso e muffa oltre a esser tutto macchiato dentro. Nemmeno dopo averlo pulito è andato via. Dallo scarico del bagno esce odore di fogna. Nello scolapasta all'interno del mobile abbiamo trovato peli di cane. La cosa peggiore comunque è stata aver segnalato il tutto via mail e non aver nemmeno ricevuto una risposta. Io viaggiavo coi miei due figli di 10 e 16. Altra pecca è che nelle piscine centrali se vuoi l'ombrellone lo devi pagare e non è compreso nell'alloggio. Non so se tornerò perché il rapporto qualità prezzo non mi ha soddisfatto per niente.

Сначало нам сказали что мы можем заехать раньше, к 9 утра но в итоге мы попали в квартиру в начале 7 вечера. Единственный работник пыталась нам и помочь с размещением и убрать квартиру которая была по приезду не готова..Были сломаны двери, ролады,которые нам обещали починить.. но ни кто не пришел. В квартире стоял запах плесени.. свет выключался постоянно..

Kann ich sehr weiterempfehlen

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr schön. Ich fande es toll, dass es sehr viel Balkon auch hatte. Eine Toilette und noch eine Toilette mit Badezimmer. Das fand ich super kann ich nur weiter empfehlen

Kellemes nyaralás kisebb csalódásokkal

A személyzet kedves volt. A medencék tiszták és rendezettek. Tágas szobák,hatalmas terasz. Az apartman kellőképpen felszerelt konyhai eszközökkel.( Pohár, tányér, edények és evőeszközök) A közelben van étterem,bár és boltok. A Luna parknál ingyenes a parkolás.

Az apartmanban az ágyak koszosak és kényelmetlenek voltak. A szállásadó nem jelezte előre ,hogy ágyneműt vigyünk magunkkal,a szekrényekbe vastag szövet pokrócok voltak bekeszítve a 38 fokban. 😏 Az emeletes ágyat a lélek tartotta össze imádkoztunk,hogy kibírja az 1 hetet a gyerekek alatt. A hálószobában lévő ágy matracából erőteljesen kiáll a rugó ,3 nap után fájdalmas volt feküdni rajta. A nappaliban található egy klíma ami semmit sem ér. Nagyon korán jár a szemetes autó, borzalmas zajjal jár mire kiürítik az összes kukát. A mi apartmanunknál lévő medencét 13-15:30 -ig nem lehetett használni,a szomszédos medencékhez kellett átjárni.
