Semi detached cottage located in an area of outstanding natural beauty on a working Stud Farm. Take in breathtaking views of the countryside from every room in the house. The property is only a stones throw away from Royal Tunbridge Wells and mainline stations to London. Numerous attractions on the doorstep and 45 minutes from the popular South East Coastline. Bring your children to collect the eggs and make friends with the four legged friends!

I absolutely loved my stay at Snaffles. The property itself is gorgeous, even better than the photos. Waking up to the sound of birds and the sight of horses in the field across from the bedroom was just perfect. Mops was such a kind and friendly host, and had thought of everything, including amazing chocolate brownies waiting on arrival. I will definitely be back!

The house is lovely, with all the amenities for a great homestay. Mops and Gayle are absolutely lovely and made us all feel very welcome - the kids had a fabulous time meeting the animals. The garden is spacious and backs onto beautiful fields where deer regularly graze. You can also access woodland from the garden which is fun for all (bring decent walking trainers). Frant is a 20 minute walk through the neighbouring fields or a very short drive. We visited Drussilas Park, Bedgebury Pinetum, Bewl Water and went to the beach at Birling Gap. All were very easily accessed from the Snaffles (also called Mollydishwasher). There are also some lovely country pubs around. We will certainly be back!
