This beautiful resort condo offers the perfect getaway with lots of space and plenty of activities for the whole family. The condo is updated, very clean, and well maintained. The balcony offers a view of the Atlantic Ocean from the north side of the building.
The condo features two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a sleeper sofa, a dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. There is a washer and dryer conveniently located inside the unit. Each bedroom features a TV. The master bedroom has a king size bed with adjoining master bathroom featuring a jetted tub and a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has two twin beds. For families with infants and toddlers, cribs and highchairs can be provided free of charge (upon request). The condo sleeps up to six guests.
The resort property features a large variety of activities and amenities including a large Outdoor Pool, Outdoor jacuzzi, Sauna, Tiki Bar, Fitness Center, onsite Restaurant, Tennis, Basketball, Pool Volleyball, Shuffleboard, Ping Pong, a Game Room, Billiards, a Movie Theater, a BBQ Area, Complimentary Wireless Internet, and Parking.
The beach towel machine is located in the lobby and is accessible with your unique key wristband which is provided during check-in. Beach towels are available 24/7 at no additional charge.
Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent directly on the beach by a private vendor (hours of operation may vary). Vendor does take reservations in advance and fills up fast. Information can be provided for booking in advance, please inquire.
The property is located in central Cocoa Beach. The convenient location brings you close to Kennedy Space Center, Port Canaveral, the Cocoa Beach Pier, and within an hour from the Theme Parks in Orlando, FL. Nearby you can enjoy surfing, golfing, kayaking, parasailing, deep sea fishing, and wildlife viewing.

Room assignments for guests of owners will be done according to the time/date they were booked. The units will be assigned the morning of check-in day by the Front Desk. Until 10 am the desk is busy with check outs and day passes. Owner units have priority for high floors. You can register anytime after 10 am. They will call your cell phone when your assigned room is ready. If you arrive early, you are welcome to obtain a day pass to utilize the amenities while you wait for your room to be ready. Day passes can be obtained starting at 8 am.
We do not accept liability for any inconveniences beyond our control including but not limited to temporary defects or outage of utilities, closures of resort amenities, or limitation of any other service. We will not provide refunds, reimbursements, or compensation for inconvenience or interruption of utilities, resort amenities, or any other service.

Had a great stay at the Resort. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Condo was clean and spacious for our family. Loved spending time at the pool and the beach. Thank you for taking care of us on our family vacation!

We were so excited about our 1st Florida vacation. We drove for 21 hrs to get there. The room was supposed to be ready by 4pm, we arrived at 4:05pm. When I went to check in the person at the desk said our room wasn't ready yet but she took my cell number & said she would call when it was. She didn't know when it would be ready, but said we could wait in the lobby(there were no seats-all filled w/people). About 30 min. later she still didn't know but said we could use the pool,(that was not what we had driven all that way to see). We had no place to change into our suits except for the public restroom & were going to have to dig through our suitcases in the car in order to find them. After 15 more minutes, same answer, no one knew anything. I said that we had driven a very long way & didn't want the pool, which we could see anywhere, we wanted the beach & the ocean. She finally offered us a day pass key so we could get out to the ocean & be able to get back in. At 5:45pm I went to the desk & asked again about our room-it still wasn't ready. She asked if we could extend our stay a few days, we couldn't, due to getting back to school/work. She then offered me $40 of Publix gift cards which was ok, but didn't make up for such a long wait. Finally at 6pm, they yelled our name into the lobby to tell us it was ready,I never received a phone call. We were never given a reason as to why the room took so long (we weren't the only ones waiting either, many people were upset & were waiting on theirs too). When we arrived at the room, the toilet was running, and we had to jiggle the handle & work on the chain to fix it. I didn't want to call about it, we just wanted to go to the beach-we had waited long enough. The master bathroom sink ended up not draining after only 2 days. The toilet in the master bathroom(only used by 2 adults), became stopped up after 2 days, had to be plunged a few times.There was hardly any water pressure in the shower, so it took a long time to get the sand/soap off. The staff was very friendly when you saw them around.They would hold the elevator for you and always smiled every time you saw them.The guys that fixed the drain were friendly. When you have to check out at 10am so the room can be cleaned(like it specifically stated many places,including the guarantee sign in the lobby-guaranteed by 4pm), then it should be ready at 4pm as stated. The communcation could have been much better as well.Don't know if we will come back.
