Oceanfront 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom Penthouse 1000 sq ft condo with brand new fully fitted kitchen on the beautiful Mexican Riveria. Manzanillo, You will find peace and tranquility in our 8 unit condo with pool and palapa. The sunsets are spectacular with views of whales swimming in the bay. We are 30 minutes south from Manzanillo airport, located on a 5 mile strip of golden sand on Playa Azul Beach. There are dozens of shops, restaurants and major grocery stores within walking distance. There is no need for a vehicle as local transportation is readily available and extremely safe. Our home is equipped with air conditioning in both bedrooms and overhead fans. Keep in touch with loved ones with free wifi.
Upon your arrival you will be greeted by Roberto who will walk you through the condo and answer any questions you may have. He speaks very good English and is extremely knowledgeable about the area and offers private tours should you want to explore with a local.

We had an amazing time. The view was awesome, the sunsets unforgettable, the pool and area clean and comfortable. The seafood the best. The condo itself was truly a mexican vibe, it was comfortable and kitchen well stocked. The host Rick was readily accessible. But the best part was meeting Roberto and his nephews. They were English speaking… Roberto picked us up at the airport, took us grocery shopping, showed us the best restaurants.Gave us a tour of Centro and surrounding area. We were very satisfied with our stay. It was great having a washer and dryer for our use.The only thing was the floors in the condo were not clean so your feet got quite dirty when going barefoot.We highly recommend this getaway.

We have never experienced such an excellent host. Amenities were great, nothing missing in the unit. Actually there were things nobody would expect. A dish of pesos to use or donate too for future guests. A cold cervesa in the fridge upon arrival. Wouldn’t hesitate to highly recommend this unit

Excellent view, very clean well maintained building and pool! Great communication with owners and Roberto, an official tour guide who arranged a special personalized tour to Colima! Overall a great place to stay in Manzanillo!

Bring your binoculars to watch the boats and maybe even see a whale. Beach goes for miles but water a little rough if you are not a strong swimmer. Many good restaurants within walking distance and store across the street for cold cervaces.
