Apartment for up to 5 people, consisting of a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed that can be converted into a bunk bed, a bathroom with shower box and hairdryer, and a living room with a sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and dishwasher, two air conditioners and two 32" TVs.The apartment is located in an elegant Residence equipped with all comforts, offering many services as well as the hospitality and warmth that only a family-run business with 3 generations of experience can provide. A Residence for families, managed with care and attention to every detail, where you will find everything you need to fully enjoy your well-deserved summer holiday.

For families with children: bicycles with child seats, camping cots with linen, high chairs, bed rails and reclining strollers available free of charge for the entire stay.

Wir haben zwei Wochen mit unserer zweijährigen Tochter in der Residence Carla in Cattolica verbracht und können diese - gerade für Familien mit Kindern - uneingeschränkt empfehlen: Die Ferienwohnungen sind zwar schlicht aber äußerst sauber und es ist alles Nötige vorhanden. Auch eine Klimaanlage, eine Spülmaschine, eine Mikrowelle und eine Kaffeemaschine (Nespresso) gehören zur Ausstattung. Eine Waschmaschine ist zwar nicht in der Wohnung, es gibt aber im Erdgeschoss zwei Waschmaschinen, die gegen einen kleinen Aufpreis genutzt werden können. Für junge Familien ebenfalls interessant: Kinderstuhl und Kinderbuggy sind auf Anfrage verfügbar und müssen nicht eigens mitgebracht werden.
Besonders hervorzuheben ist zum einen die geniale Lage (sowohl zum Stand als auch zur Stadtmitte sind es nur ca. 100 Meter) und zum anderen die sehr, sehr freundlichen Inhaber der Residence, die uns schon vor der Anreise mit Rat und Tat zur Seite standen, wenn wir Fragen hatten.
