Two air conditioners and two LCD TVs. The apartment is inside the Residence Carla, with all the comforts and services offered in the Residence formula and the hospitality and warmth that only a family management for 3 generations can offer. A family-run residence managed by a family that takes care of every detail with love and that will make you find everything you need to enjoy the well-deserved relaxation of your summer holidays. Comfort and practicality await you thanks to all the services offered, fiber WI-FI throughout the hotel, flat-screen satellite TV in every room, microwave, laundry room with 3 coin-operated washing machines, dryer and ironing area, bed linen and towels (with midweek change for towels and once a week for sheets), 1 parking space per apartment in a covered garage 350 meters from the residence, and for small bicycles with child seats, camping beds with linen, high chairs, fall protection rails and reclining strollers that can be booked for free for the duration of your stay. Let's not forget your 4-legged friends, if small pets are welcome!

Wir haben zwei Wochen mit unserer zweijährigen Tochter in der Residence Carla in Cattolica verbracht und können diese - gerade für Familien mit Kindern - uneingeschränkt empfehlen: Die Ferienwohnungen sind zwar schlicht aber äußerst sauber und es ist alles Nötige vorhanden. Auch eine Klimaanlage, eine Spülmaschine, eine Mikrowelle und eine Kaffeemaschine (Nespresso) gehören zur Ausstattung. Eine Waschmaschine ist zwar nicht in der Wohnung, es gibt aber im Erdgeschoss zwei Waschmaschinen, die gegen einen kleinen Aufpreis genutzt werden können. Für junge Familien ebenfalls interessant: Kinderstuhl und Kinderbuggy sind auf Anfrage verfügbar und müssen nicht eigens mitgebracht werden.
Besonders hervorzuheben ist zum einen die geniale Lage (sowohl zum Stand als auch zur Stadtmitte sind es nur ca. 100 Meter) und zum anderen die sehr, sehr freundlichen Inhaber der Residence, die uns schon vor der Anreise mit Rat und Tat zur Seite standen, wenn wir Fragen hatten.
