The apartment is located on the fourth floor of a building equipped with an elevator. It is a charming building with a sandstone façade characteristic of the romantic area in the center of San Sebastian. Located in the very central Urbieta street, the apartment is just a few steps from the Buen Pastor Cathedral. La Concha beach is also only within a 10 minutes walk.
Renovated on July 2022, the apartment has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a living-dining room with an open kitchen. Each bedroom has two single beds. The master bedroom has a fully equipped en-suite bathroom that offers a comfortable shower. The second bathroom in the house is also fully equipped and offers a bathtub. Thanks to its location on the fourth floor, both the bedrooms and the dining room are very bright. Facing an open patio, characteristic of the architect Cortazar, the house also stands out for being silent. There is air conditioning in the living room, heating and free Wi-Fi Internet.

My wife travels there for work often and we decided to join her this time and stay at your apartment.
The location was perfect and the apartment was spacious and clean and comfortable. It was great to have a separate bedroom for the kids and two bathrooms. And the shower was maybe the best hotelVRBO shower in history.
The balcony was great and being in a normal residential building was amazing. The washing machine and full size fridge were life savers. The bedding was very comfortable as well.
We definitely would stay again!

We LOVED our stay in San Sebastián. My wife travels there for work often and we decided to join her this time and stay at your apartment. The location was perfect and the apartment was spacious and clean and comfortable. It was great to have a separate bedroom for the kids and two bathrooms.
