This property is located near so much to do in Laguna Beach! We took the trolley quite a bit and the closest stop was just a couple blocks away! The layout was also perfect and spacious for our family with the master bedroom downstairs and the “kids room” upstairs. 2 bathrooms was a plus as well! The view at sunset was gorgeous and we loved grilling on the deck. We will definitely be back!

The house was in a great location close to the beach and close to trolley stops. It could use some upgrades the sleeper sofa is very uncomfortable to sleep on. I cannot say only good things about the host very quick to respond and make sure we were happy with our stay.

My husband and I stayed here for three weeks in Jan/Feb. The place is very comfortable to stay in. The kitchen is nicely stocked with dishes, pans, etc. so we could make dinner at home. The view from the balcony and upstairs guest room is wonderful - we could watch the sunset over Catalina Island. The neighborhood is quiet and about a 15 min walk to Main beach. We enjoyed taking the Cliff walk along the ocean to Main beach every morning and went back into town in the evening. We would definitely recommend this place.

We had a wonderful weekend at Lagunita. Although a little outdated and noisy with construction across the street, the size of the cottage was perfect. Our daughter stayed upstairs and we had the king downstairs. The bed was a little too soft for us, but the room was quiet and comfortable. The cottage had an amazing view of the sunset and was close to the beach. Bring your walking shoes since there are lots of steep hills everywhere! Our hosts were super helpful and accommodating, We had a wonderful weekend!

The listing states 3 bedroom, shame on me for not reading the listing more closely. This is a 2 bedroom with a sleeper sofa in the living room. We would have chosen differently had we known as traveling with teenagers is easier when each has their own, private, space. Otherwise location was good and the host communicated effectively and the views from the deck were great.

Great rental in Laguna, just north of Laguna Canyon Rd and with a beautiful view of the ocean. Stayed with 2 girlfriends and the place was clean and comfy. Communication with the property manager was terrific. We used a parking spot just behind the garage and one on the street, and it wasn't an issue at all. We'd return!

This property offered a great stay for a small bachelorette party. The bride wanted a relaxing beach-vibe, and this property offered that. There were two bedrooms and a pullout sofa, which offered plenty of sleeping space. The kitchen was stocked with dishes we needed, and it was walking distance to the beach and several dining locations.

What a wonderful property! My husband and I stayed with friends. Everything was as pictured and very clean. The beds and furniture were quite comfortable. The view was lovely. There is a grocery store, coffee shop, restaurants, and beaches all within walking distance. Chase responded quickly and solved the one tiny problem easily.

Our casita was very clean. The views are beautiful. We walked all over the area. Parking is okay but if you have an extra car you have to park up the hill. As you walk into the house, You have to either climb down a few stairs or go up a few stairs. The house is bright and sunny . If We are ever back in the area, We would stay there again!

Casa Lagunita was an excellent pick for our yearly getaway. The location is perfect for walking to the beach or downtown to shop. The free trolley stop is close by. This made it easy for us when we wanted to take a break from walking. The house was spotless and exactly as described. The host was friendly and suggested activities for us before we even arrived. I highly recommend staying here especially if you are planning to attend the Sawdust Festival or the Pageant of the Masters.

Great views off the back deck. Close to downtown, shopping, restaurants, and beach. Only negatives are that although it has sleeping for 6, there is only 2 real bedrooms. A sofa/sleeper in the living room does not count as a bedroom, as there is no privacy, closet etc. Some of the furniture could be updated especially the outdoor grill and some furniture. Parking is problematic as it is a narrow one way street, with sideways parking right next to the front of the garage door.

A family of 4 adults and 2 Children stayed 6 nights. We were very pleased to find a rare short term stay in Laguna Beach although the property needs attention: 1) Needs more bath towels, 3 sets is not adequate without washer/dryer for 6 nights. 2) No basic kitchen supplies like foils, plastic wraps, measuring cups etc. 3) Needs better quality bath shampoo/conditioner and soap. They are probably from a dollar store. 4) Spare hair dryer, there was only one in the house, and it was broken. 5) Broken items to be replaced or repaired, such as crank windows, folding stool chair and lamp cover. All minor issues. Bed was too soft for my taste. Old shower but had plenty of hot water. Needless to say, location is great, at least for us having another family in the neighborhood, and definitely offset inconveniences.

Bright and airy, clean and cozy. A great location in a lovely neighborhood. Tight alley parking, but doable. Could use more circulating overhead fans, but there is AC too.

The four of us had a pleasant two-night stay here. The place does have a scruffy vibe but it was clean and comfortable. No noise issues at all. The king-size bedroom is downstairs and a bit dark. It has air-conditioning but we never needed to use it even though it was warm and humid during the day. The upstairs bedroom used to have a king trundle bed but that’s been replaced with a standard queen. That room has no AC but you can open the windows and enjoy the ocean air at night. Both beds have thick soft toppers that you sink into (we all would have preferred something firmer but still slept well). And the location really is great for walking down to the beach or into town or getting on the PCH to drive to neighboring cities.

Great View

This was a mother/daughter trip with another mom and our teen girls. It felt safe enough and close enough to let the girls go down for sunset photos at beach on their own and walk around the park area. The deck had a great view and we spent lots of time on it. Loved all the little knick knacks everywhere and you can see there's lots of love put into this place. When we booked we knew it was a 2 bdr somehow but looking at the listing now it definitely says it's a 3 bdr which it is not. We also could not find the trundle bed in either of the two bedrooms. This would have been helpful. As we couldn't find it, we had to use one of the fold out couches which isn't the end of the world but it did take time to open and close and also not as comfortable as a bed would be. The kitchen is well stocked! Lots of oil, salt, coffee and filters, spices, pots and pans. We didn't really cook but we could have easily. Thanks for the great stay!

Great beach stay

This property was a great affordable find in laguna! Great space for myself, my husband, toddler and sister and brother in law. The location was lovely, just outside the hectic-ness of downtown but so easy and quick to access it as well. Having a single parking spot was a great bonus in this area too. Love the balcony with ocean view!
