About this house rental
KEV'S PLACE is a spacious 4 bedroom holiday home that accommodates up to 14 guests and is only a short walk to the beach, pub and shop.
Open plan kitchen/dining with microwave and dishwasher, fridge/freezer, lounge with TV/DVD, ducted reverse cycle air-conditioning. Main bedroom with ensuite, bathroom with bath and separate shower. Bunk room with TV and lounge, ideal as a kids retreat. Laundry with top loading washing machine. Small undercover outdoor area, outdoor setting, gas BBQ. Plenty of room for parking and the boat. Enclosed back yard.
Fish cleaning facility.
Bed configuration - bed 1 - queen, bed 2 - 2 x queen, bed 3 - double - bed 4 - 2 x tri-bunks (double on bottom, single on top).
Pillows and quilts will be provided, you will need to bring your own linen - pillow cases, sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels.
No smoking inside

Coobowie is a small relaxed coastal town with a general store/takeaway, and hotel.
Nightly tariffs - cleaning, booking and refundable bond fees apply
Peak - 24th Dec to end of Jan school holidays and Easter: 4 night minimum stay
$250 per night
High - all other school holidays plus long weekends: 3 night minimum stay
$250per night
Off Peak - school terms: 2 night minimum stay
$250 per night

The house was big and comfortable enough for our 3 families to stay together. Having the back yard enclosed was great for the little kids. Perfect spot for our look around the Yorke Peninsula. Being able to use the shed was a bonus. Clean and tidy could not have asked for a better place. Would definitely book again. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your place.

Accommodation on Yorkes was by the far the best company to deal with for this experience. We were well informed of all steps. Kev's place was very accomodating, very spacious and had everything we needed. It has been well set up to accommodate big families travelling together. Even better with other part of the family pet friendly :) Overall we had a great long weekend away. We will definitely be back again xx
