The apartment was spacious. It was only 12-15 minutes from the malacon.

There was an ant problem

I like the room it was spacious. Everyone was very nice including other tenants I met in passing. I arrived a little earlier then schedule. I was advised the arrival time was no problem. The owner met me there and carried my luggage upstairs for me. No problems with the internet. I love the star fruit tree in the entrance.

Before I booked the stay, I read several reviews so I knew what to expect. If you don't like animals or animal noises I don't recommend you book this location. It is a nice decent place for the price, but you have chicken everywhere. Dogs walking freely down the street with no owners. There is crowing and barking like the sound of dogs fighting. There are two dogs at the this location but they keep them under control. I visit family in the country so I use to chickens, roosters.. etc This location is in the neighborhood on a dirt road so when leaving it is a little bumpy.
