Hausmeister sehr nett. Er hat die Wohnung für uns vorgeheizt. Es war schön warm in der Wohnung. Ausstattung Geschirr, Besteck, Töpfe war alles top. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage ist gut. Sehr ruhig und um die Ecke ein kleiner Supermarkt. In die Stadt braucht man 15 - 20 Minuten gemütlich. Parkplätze sind an der Straße. Wir konnten am Haus parken, aber nur weil im Moment nicht so viel los war. Wir waren zufrieden und haben uns wohl gefühlt.
Die Möbel im Wohnzimmer sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Der Esstisch hat nur zwei Stühle. Wenn man mal Besuch bekommt, kann nur verteilt sitzen. Wäre schön wenn 4 Stühle vorhanden wären und die Qualität der Stühle war auch nicht so besonders. Der Wohnzimmer Tisch ist leider fleckig.
