Randlage von Westerland und sehr ruhig. Sauber mit allem was man braucht. Wohnung sehr großzügig geschnitten mit viel Platz. Ansprechpartner immer vor Ort. Preis / Leistung absolut in Ordnung. Wir haben uns mit der4 Erwachsenen dort sehr wohl gefühlt
Wenn es überhaupt etwas negatives gibt, ist der Hauspool etwas klein und kalt. Eher ein Planschbecken. Aber das ist nur absolut sekundär und persönlich. Die Parkmöglichkeiten sind sehr begrenzt.

Abstellplatz für die Fahrräder war etwas unsicher.

Wir hatten vor der Ankunft einen Termin vereinbart, der Hauswart hat auf uns gewartet:
Im Haus befanden sich mehrere Wohnungen, der Lärm von Kleinkinder war entsprechend hoch. Das Hallenbad war ständig von Kleinkinder besetzt!

Die Wohnung war sehr groß. Der Pool und die Dauna sind ein netter Zusatz. Super ist, dass ein Bäcker um die Ecke ist, wo man morgens kurz Brötchen holen gehen kann.
Die Möbel sind relativ alt. Die Sofas zum Beispiel gehören dringend getauscht. Die Infomappe, die auf dem Tisch in der Wohnung liegt, hat zu wenig Informationen, zum Beispiel in Bezug auf Check-out. Wir wussten nicht, ob man zum Beispiel die Betten abziehen soll oder wo man die Handtücher hinlegen soll. Die Kommunikation vor Anreise war auch nicht ideal, da wir nicht wussten, ob ein Wäschepaket (Handtücher und Bettwäsche) inklusive ist.
