Location. Close to the sea and restaurants. Lovely setting, very peaceful. Plenty of parking. WiFi good. All fittings in good order. Excellent shower. Plenty of hot water.
It would have been perfect if the balcony had been clean. The glass surround was covered in bird excrement and green mould. The floor was very grimy. I doubt it had been cleaned since last year. We reported the condition and a cleaner was sent. She had a go at wiping the rail and gave up after ten minutes saying it was too much for her. No other attempt was offered. We did not feel we could sit out or eat outside when the glass was in such a dirty condition.
