Appartment is great qpr but think about the location

The appartment is very spacy and well maintained. The view is marvelous, the balcony is wide. The set-up is very good, lot’s of privacy and everything inside is up-to-date. It is a pleasure to have the parking: spacious and convenient because nearby you won’t find anything free. Staff is very kind and helpfull

Wifi is weak Grasse looks nice from a distance but the old town is not well maintained and little attractive. Other areas are cumbersome to go , although a good bus 650 can bring you to the coast and coastal railway

spacious simple apartment but substantial risks and f being legally harassed by owner

Appartment is relatively spacious. It offers a nice view from terrace.

Property is gigantic. Pool is far from appartment, de facto public for the large residence with 100s of appartments. Quite anonymous. Noise from Main Street. Apartment does not dispose of air conditioning, so it may become very warm during the night. Renters are requested to pay 500 Euros deposit in cash on the spot. We did not dispose of this amount of cash and were never asked again. We left the location very orderly, my wife took (and always takes very.good care of this. BUT , owner claimed we didn’t clean EVERYTHING as requested. He said he was obliged to use a cleaning lady and will charge us for her. He even said he would involve his lawyer because we were supposed to have caused scratches. We are very lucky not to have paid deposit because it would sure have gone and we would never have seen it again.

Everything was top quality. Very spacious, clean and well decorated apartment.

Superb

The first thing you’ll notice, is the amazing view from the terrace. In the summer you’ll see fireworks in the Côte D’ azur every week. But the view from the terrace is hypnotic. The apartment is very comfortable and it has everything one might need. It’s close to the center of Grasse, which is a lovely town. It’s also about 30 to 50 minutes from various nearby places; Antibes, Juan Les Pins, Nice and the gorgeous St. Paul de Vence, Biot etc. This apartment is something in its own class, clean, comfortable and well decorated. I strongly recommend it to those who weigh comfort and an excellent location. The host is very kind and attentive to the guests, the communication has been really easy and we’re very happy for having chosen this apartment.

Had a wonderful time!

A great place to stay for a longer time, it is very quiet, secure and has the most amazing view! Lots of facilities to use like swimming pool, very nice garden. The best part was a very long terrace which we enjoyed every evening. The host was helpful and takes good care of the apartment. Very much recommended especially if you want to have a good access to GIP School.

Our only issue was that we did not know there was no linen in the apartment, the host gave away his set, however the cleaning fee was rather expensive.

Beautiful apartment and beautiful view!

The apartment was extremely well furnished and had everything I needed to have a wonderful stay. I loved the apartment, the grounds, the view and the people! I will be back!

There are a lot of stairs to get to the lift. If you can enter through the parking garage, then you can get to the lift easily. Otherwise, there is a climb.

Aussicht war beeindruckend. Toller sehr geräumiger Balkon. Großes Wohnzimmer. Sehr sauber. Großzügiges Appartement. Guter Ausgangspunkt fürs Hinterland. 15-20 Minuten Laufzeit bis ins Zentrum. Aufzug direkt in die Tiefgarage.

Dunkle, etwas unheimliche Tiefgarage. Nur Doppelbetten mit zusammenhängenden Bezügen.
