Ruhige Lage am Kanal. Auto steht gut gesichert hinter Zaun. Klimaanlage funktionniert gut. Schöner Pool. Voll ausgestattete Küche. 20 Gehminuten zum Zentrum und 25 min zum Strand. Interhome Service gut. Sehr reaktiv bei Anfragen. Interhome Büro nur rund 3 km entfernt für Schlüsselübernahme und Rückgabe. Netflix vorhanden wegen Smart TV. Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett vorhanden.
Haus ist wirklich schon in die Jahre gekommen. Viele kleine Alterserscheinungen zum Beispiel bei Fugen, Funktionalität der Haustür und Terrassenfenster (viel Kraftaufwand erforderlich), schlechter Geruch auf dem kleinen WC, Kabelanschlüsse einfach in die Mauer gebohrt, Stromsicherungen fliegen manchmal raus wenn zu viele Geräte zusammen angeschlossen sind. Man sollte nicht überall ins Detail sehen. Wenn man sehr hohe Ansprüche hat ist dies nicht das richtige Objekt. Nur 1 Badezimmer für 4 Personen.
