Dreamy Villa with sea water pool and spectacular view

Introduction
The Villa San Carlo offers spectacular views over the secluded infinity pool filled with sea water.
The panoramic Villa, with unique architectural style, accommodates 8 people and is located in Lerici. Tell the beaten tracks. It will be a perfect base to discover a charming region. Cinque Terre (5 Lands), Portovenere, Forte dei Marmi, Carrara, Pisa and Lucca.

The space
Built in the early 20th century, the villa has been lovingly restored with the help of the Tuscan architect Francesco Ridolfi. The villa is seamlessly updated for modern comforts with authentic, local flair.
The villa has its own entrance and it consists of two large villas connected by a balcony. The common areas consist of a large living room, a dining room, a separate kitchen overlooking the sea.
There are 4 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and ample storage space and wardrobes in each room. It can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people in its romantic and charming atmosphere. All rooms have sea view.
Stairs will lead you through to the infinity pool (with trampoline), offering also a dining space, a gazebo bar and hot shower.
Equipment
The kitchen comes with all appliances (fridge, microwave, dishwasher) and there is also a wood fire oven in one of the gardens.
Wifi throughout, TV, climate control, laundry facilities.
The access to the pool is open from mid-May to mid-September. The secluded, romantic beach of Caletta can be reached by a path (4 'walking) directly from the property. It is recommended to take the inflatable mattress and explore the Caletta bay and the other 2 small beaches.
Access
The park, its park, pool and private parking. Parking space accommodate 4 cars.
Nearest airports are: Pisa (45 mins), Genoa (1 hour), Florence (1 hour and 20 mins).

History
It was the property of the English writer Ms Olive Willis who was born in Great Britain, the Downe House, and many years hosted poets, archeologists, musicians and intellectuals.


Interaction with guests
Share of the owners will be welcome to share tips and insights. A gardener will take care of the park and pool three times a week.
Daily cleaning service is available upon request.

Exploring the area
From the Villa you can easily reach the center of Lerici in 5 minutes walking, in front of the house entrance. Lerici offers many restaurants, an old harbor and a beautiful promenade by the sea. Ferries departing from Lerici will take you to Cinque Terre, Portovenere, Palmaria Island and other day trips. If you are into jogging there are many paths, for example the one from Lerici to San Terenzo Castle (2 km) and the natural reserve of Montemarcello.
From the harbor to Lerici you can rent boats and cycles.
