Older cute and charming wood bungalow, great character, lots of windows for lots of light! comfortable house with modern amenities, 3 bedroom with an updated bathroom, great neighborhood, centrally located, very close to all the suburbs (walk to downtown Royal Oak) and only 15 minutes away from downtown Detroit. Smart 4K TV for your viewing pleasure and extremely fast1000mbps internet for all those business travelers that require a strong internet connection!

Lovely Restored Bungalow in Great Location

Lovely Restored Bungalow in Great Location

My cousin and I enjoyed our stay in this nicely restored old house. We enjoyed the large dining room for our breakfasts, as well as the lovely restored period kitchen, with lots of details (like good quality coffee for the coffee maker) attended to by the owner. The bedrooms were surprisingly spacious (for a 1920s house) and the beds were very comfortable; the bathroom, while small as is typical for the period, was very well updated. We didn't use it, but there's a lovely back yard with a play area for children. There's also a front porch. The house is centrally located for shopping and dining trips to Royal Oak and Berkley. There's a great Einstein Bagels for those who don't want to make breakfast that's less than a five minute walk away. The owner was great, very good at communicating with us and checking in on us during our stay.

This place was very charming. The owner had good communication, very accommodating . It's on 11 mile, but the speed is monitored, we seen cops giving ticket at 3 o'clock in the morning. love it and will do it again
