About this house rental
This renovated 1960's beach house is located in the peaceful enclave of Silver Sands, close enough to hear the waves and only a 5 min walk to the beach, located between the Aldinga and Sellicks beaches. Bordered by the Aldinga Conservation Park, The Washpool reserve and rolling farmlands so you are not staying in suburbia.

Spacious north facing deck with comfy furniture, sunny in winter and shady in summer, ideal all year
Well appointed kitchen with everything you need and more, Nespresso Coffee Pod Machine We provide basic pantry items to make your stay easier.
Lounge area with smart TV, DVD, CD player, digital radio, CDs, DVDs, books,magazines.
Bedroom 1 has a queen size bed, a wall mounted TV , ceiling fan and adequate storage
Bedroom 2 is smaller and has a double bed, a wall mounted fan and a small amount of storage. If you are 2 people but require 2 beds Please let me know in your enquiry if you require the second bedroom.
Updated Bathroom with shower and front loader washing machine and separate toilet.
Hotel Quality Linen and Egyptian cotton towels provided.
Rear entertaining area with BBQ, outdoor furniture and fire pit for those cooler nights.

Spend the day on the beach, swim, fish, snorkel, surf, kayak
Explore the local McClaren Vale wineries
Have lunch at one of the many renowned restaurants
Visit Victor Harbour or Kangaroo Island

Please read our house rules before booking. We have a security camera at the front of the house for security for guests and hosts. We also require government photo ID (drivers licence) photo's sent to us via text, email or booking message thread prior to allowing property access.
Please note that if you book at the (base rate) it will be assumed you only need the one bedroom and the 2nd bedroom won't be accessible. Extra charge applies for the 2 bedroom option. Please let me know in your initial message if you want 2 bedrooms.

We stayed at this cute little bijou beach shack in order to attend Muni restaurant in Willunga for my sisters 50th birthday. It was such a lovely little place to stay and such a relaxed environment. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The Hawaiian theme is definitely well represented with more paraphernalia than you can poke a stick at. Not an issue but everything does collect dust and a thin film….
The kitchen was given 200mls of long life milk and a few coffee pods so don’t expect much else.
The shower hot water last 3mins then goes out and in - a bit of a lucky draw each time really.
No hammock like photos but the area to relax in the main photos looks directly out onto the street with the local passing by.
Not a favourite rental of ours unfortunately
