About this apartment rental
Duplex apartment Sunny is located in a peaceful holiday resort called Celina-Zavode, a settlement situated 3 km southeast of Omis with 8 centuries long history. It is located on the slopes of Omis Dinara and it has all the characteristics of traditional coastal architecture. Present-day Čelina- Zavode is a new settlement, located near the beautiful, peaceful and pebbled coastline of Omis Riviera.
We rent entire property which consists of 4 bedrooms on 2 floors and can accommodate up to 7 persons. There is nobody else staying at the house except the guests who book apartment Sunny. The ground floor has one single bedroom, a bathroom with shower, living room, and an open plan kitchen with dining room which has exit to the terrace with a lovely sea view. The upper floor has 3 bedrooms, each with sea view and an air conditioner, and the bathroom with a full size bath tub. There are plenty of stuff which can be useful during your stay - an iron and ironing board, laundry machine, dishwasher etc. Baby cot is available, beach towels also.
Parking is available for 2 normal-sized cars. Minivan, caravan, and SUV are not suitable.
There is one air conditioner in the living room and another one upstairs in the hallway. The air conditioning use up to 6 hours a day is included in the price, every extra hour costs 0,30 EUR.
For those looking for recreation and adventure, the vicinity of Omiš and the Cetina canyon guarantees various sport activities at one place (climbing, tracking, walking tours, rafting).

We had a magnificent time at the beautiful apartment! The house is even more beautiful than on the pictures, very clean and well equipped. The terrace has an incredible view over the ocean and lies in the shadow during the hottest hours of the day. Also the balcony has the incredible view, and at night you can see zillions of stars. The house has a lot of space and we were very comfortable (three grown-ups and three kids). There also is a beautiful garden with a garden-shower, and you can see that the owner really takes very good care of both the house and the garden. The owner is also the kindest host you could imagine, really helpful and very welcoming. It almost felt like staying at a friend's house! The beach lies at the bottom of only a couple of stairs and is more or less like a private beach. Needless to say that the see is bluer than blue and crystal clear... You also have two bus stops directly at the house, and there's a bus going back and forth, also driving to Omis to Makarska a couple of times a day and one can just hop on or off. There are two small supermarkets and various restaurants within walking distance, so if you plan on just being lazy (like we did) you don't even need a car. So all in all, we had a wonderful time! And hopefully, we'll be able to return, soon!

Nous avons passé deux semaines dans la villa Sunny à 7 (2 familles) avec 3 ados. La maison est grande et bien équipée. Il y a deux salles de bain mais on peut aussi prendre sa douche dans le jardin.
Les terrasses sont très agréables et offrent une très belle vue.
On peut se baigner facilement en bas de la maison mais il ne faut pas craindre les nombreuses marches permettant d'accéder à la mer.
Nous avons pu facilement garer nos deux voitures de location sur une place de parking allouée à la maison.
La propriétaire de la maison, Smilja, est charmante dame et était ravie de parler français. Elle nous a fait découvrir quelques spécialités du coin et nous a même fait un excellent gâteau et des sardines à l'huile et au citron!
La maison est située à environ 10 minutes en voiture de la petite station balnéaire Omiš où on peut occuper les ados sans trop de problèmes (boutiques, restaurants, sorties en bateau, plage avec jeux gonflables, bouée tractée, jet ski, location de paddle, rafting sur la rivière Cetina etc...)
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à la villa Sunny.
