Excellent location,short walk to omiś new and old town and two different beaches, shops and coffee shops and restaurants near by, very clean and nicely furnished, great bbq area, great communication with owner.

We liked the location a lot. Everything in a walking distance. Some beaches are nearby, even an open camping can be freely attended (with swimmingpool, iceream, restaurant, rentals); the other beach a bit more far but that on the other side of the old city was really fantastic. Great restaurants in 1-20 minutes distance. We liked the old town a lot, but also walked a bit more far to restaurant Fortica which was a beach bar and restaurant with great staff, food and a close connection to the beach. The flat was comfy, had all the equipments we needed. The terrace is a great free space for the kid and the family to eat breakfast and dinner. It was hot, so we were mostly inside during the day. The church bell next door was loud, but only on the weekends, so get up early and go to the beach! :D Ivan, the owner is very friendly always accessable. Local market is expensive, so go to Trogir or Split to get your olive oil and wine. :)
The second bathroom only has e toilet, we expected a shower as well, but that was not a problem finally.

Near to everything - old town, beach, shops, bus station. Beautiful view from terrace - to old town, mountains and river. We liked the terrace a lot. Also they let us in earlier before check in time because of our very early flight, for us with kids that was important.
Church bells. Bells last rings at 10 in the evening and starts to bell a lot from 6 in the morning, ringing periodically. That was really desturbing the sleep.

The location could NOT be better! So close to everything you want in Omiš! One minute walk from Lanterna - the BEST restaurant we found! Minutes from Stari Grad fortress. Minutes from Restaurant Knez. EASY peasy parking very close. Fabulous apartment looks brand new. Comfy beds. Amazing view of mountains! I want to come back here and stay again! Host made it very easy to find, and get into apartment. Provided free parking and GREAT internet. Excellent communications! Washer works great. Full professional grinder and cappuccino/espresso maker. We had a cold shower the first night because we did not know we had to turn the water heater on with a switch! LOL. Right on the Cetina River. LOVE this place!
There were two things that could have been better - HOWEVER, neither of these would keep me from staying here again! I would love to come back!
The toilet seat was loose, so I kept feeling like I would slide off.
The owner has allowed the bushes to grow up too tall, so the apartment no longer has a water view while sitting on the patio. The mountain view is SPECTACULAR, but I had chosen it - as I choose all of our accommodations - for the water view. No worries! All the owner needs to do is trim the bushes back, and the water view is right there!
