Good time!

The apartment is very quiet and nice. Which is equipped which everything. Nearby has a supermarket, and you can visit around the city.

The owner talks very poorly in English which can make it challenging to communicate, but if you talk french, don't worry. Also, Google can help. :) Check if there are towels for the hands and the shower.

C’est la 3ème fois que nous venons en famille à La Maison de Virginie pour les fêtes de Noël, et nous sommes toujours aussi ravis. L’appartement est très fonctionnel,Valérie parfaitement équipé : il ne manque absolument rien. Il est également très bien situé, et la place de parking est un vrai plus. Virginie est une hôte très accueillante, souriante et disponible, toujours attentive à nos besoins. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement. Valérie

A FUIR À FUIR avec cette dame pour vous accueillir…. Pfffff

RIEN RIEN ET RIEN DU TOUT !!!!!! Je parlerais Uniquement de la prestation car la ville a déjà un cachet indéniable.. Établissement qui se veut Maison V….. pour faire chic pour une prestation à peine d’auberge et encore moins d’hôtel 1* !!!!! A + de 65€ la nuitée, le concept et l’accueil devraient être totalement repensés. En plus des frais réglés une caution de 700€ pour une personne seule est demandée, vous conviendrez avec moi qu’une qualité de service est attendue . Est ce légal de le faire ??? Sur quelle base??? alors qu’un contrat signé d’état des lieux n’est pas rédigé et encore moins signé par les 2 parties…. Sur quel critère votre caution vous est rendue??? Humeur ? Faciès ? Je vous laisse me dire…. Comment contester en cas de désaccord? Sur quelle base ??? C’est purement de L’ARNAQUE !!!!! Je dis bien de l’ARNAQUE !!!

TOUT, mon seul regret c’est de n’avoir pas pris des photos pour vous laisser juger par vous même … je débute sur Booking.com , je n’avais pas connaissance du concept…. Que dire !!!! Par quoi commencer ??? J’ai eu un problème de voiture malgré cette précision et le partage de ma position, j’ai littéralement été harcelée pour mon heure d’arrivée. Je vous laisse imaginer l’accueil… Une fois dans l’appartement … Par ce temps, à 21h la fenêtre est ouverte … canapé protégé, table nappée aux couleurs catastrophiques…. La dame commence par me dire : merci de me remettre mon appartement comme vous l’avez trouvé…. Et dire que je paye!!!! Grille pain sale impossible pour moi d’y mettre mon pain… Pour 5 jours j’ai droit à 3 capsules de café et quand je pose la question elle me dit : « je ne suis pas obligée » idem pour le papier toilette …. Pour la caution elle m’a proposé de donner 200€ finalement….. c’est moi qui ai mis 500€ … et dire que je suis seule facture séjour réglée !!! La chambre … la vache : un plaid comme couverture . Des restes de papier toilettes idem pour le sopalin … UNE GRANDE serviette et UNE PETITE à utiliser et surtout à ne pas salir durant tout votre séjour …. Je ne sais pas s’il est possible de ne pas salir une serviette utilisée 5 jours en prenant sa douche matin et soir ET en les utilisant sur une face … INTERDICTION DE DEMANDER PLUS OU DE LES CHANGER …. Vous risquez d’être facturé… Pas de gel douche , pas de peignoir, de sandale, de papier, de stylo , … même les 3 sachets de thé proposés c’est marqué casino . Durant mon séjour jamais on a dressé le lit, aéré l’appartement, VIDÉ LES POUBELLES , ….. Maison Virginie !!!! à + de 65€ la nuit imaginez si vous avez un bébé , des couches , c’est juste HORRIBLE . …. Merci de RESPECTER DÉJÀ l’intimité des hôtes surtout que vous ne renouvelez pas le linge!!!! Pour votre gouverne cet acte est préjudiciable …..
