About this apartment rental

“The Palms” This wonderful ground-level condominium no stairs located on and facing the Earman William River waterway located in the wonderful Village of North Palm Beach Florida. This wonderful condominium is located on 20 minutes north of Palm Beach International Airport. “The Palms” is also only located 10 to 15 minutes from several wonderful beaches dinning and shopping. World class golf tennis and fishing only mins away. Sit back and relax with this fully furnished one bedroom one bathroom condominium. From your patio enjoy birds diving for bait fish and manatees grazing on the seagrass beds on the steps from your patio. Or short few steps to our large 50,000 gallon pool. My condominium complex is a 44 unit complex where it feels like family very quiet no kids to be seen or heard from. The conveniences of Publix grocery store CVS and Walgreens only three minutes away. I am also very proud owner of the “River House” here on Homeaway listing # 4673330 The number one comment I guess leave is that they’re amazed how quit the area is and how clean and convenient . So for those who love spring training baseball come The Palm Beach baseball training facility is only 15 to 20 minutes away. For those who are just sick and tired of the cold weather please come down and enjoy all the wonderful beaches the Palm Beach County has to offer. For those who just want to get away with a loved one or friend please come. Myself my wife and son will welcome you with open arms and Exceed your expectations at

Absolutely stunning property in a very quiet neighborhood! The photos were completely accurate and the decor is gorgeous. Pristine cleanliness! Everything you could need in the kitchen, even little items like cinnamon, garlic powder, coffee filters, etc. The view out back was so relaxing! Great location to restaurants like Olive Garden, Chipotle, Bolay and more. Our Crunch Fitness was also 2 miles away, and the Gardens Mall 10 minutes drive.My daughter was a camp counselor at Loggerhead Marinelife Center and it was only about a 12 minute drive, so perfect location! Chad went above and beyond by arranging some lovely groceries for us as a welcome. The bed is a tad on the harder side (I just love super soft) but honestly was still comfortable. The USB charging stations on both nightstands were fantastic to have! The rainshower in the shower was like a spa experience for me, plus the gorgeous decor. And the BEST bath towels I've ever used! So amazing I ordered my own lolI had to work during the week but still felt like I was on a retreat! Also handy was the power in the center of the kitchen island, since I had to set up my laptops there. It even included USB power there, fantastic!I highly recommend this beautiful apartment if you're visiting WPB, Juno Beach or even Jupiter. I drove to Blowing Rocks Beach within about 20 minutes. Thank you Chad for a wonderful stay, we'll definitely return if we need to be in that area in the future!

Host Chad is the best! He go above and beyond to make you feel at home and safe. So kind to leave you a start up breakfast and many other goodies. Free parking is a plus also very very quiet and pieceful. Went to a Wedding nearby the unit at the Country Club.

We had a great time. The condo was very clean and well stocked, Chad even provided some breakfast essentials for us. The location was close to some great restaurants and shopping. We will definitely stay again.
